• Show that they have applicable business experience.
• Have a minimum net worth of CDN $800,000 obtained through legal means.
• Make a C$400,000 investment for approximately 5 years.

This investment capital is managed by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC ) and is guaranteed by the Canadian provinces which use it to create jobs and help their economies grow.

At the end of about five years and two months your initial capital will be returned to you by C.I.C., without interest.

However, a minimum one-time investment of $120,000 CDN would qualify you for this program as we will make all of the arrangements for the balance to be financed through one of C.I.C.’s approved facilitators. Currently, we have an excellent relationship with some of these facilitators and have achieved successful results.
