Michael Dirk has been practicing law for over 30 years. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and has been past President, past Vice President and Past Secretary of the Kelowna Bar Association. He is a standing agent for the department of Justice, and has conducted numerous trials both civil and criminal. His knowledge and experience with the Law is an invaluable asset.

Marshall has been an Immigration Advisor for several lawyers for the last 15 years. He has also worked as a Public Accountant with large industrial and commercial projects within the Canadian Economic Development Corporation and with Thorne Riddell chartered Accountants. His knowledge and experience in the combined areas of Immigration, business, and Public accounting has been an asset to the Business Immigration Programs of both the Federal and Provincial Nominee Programs of Canada.
