YOUR COMPETITION MAY ALREADY BE DOING SO!
National Employment Resources Inc (NER) works in affiliation with Cando Immigration Services in providing foreign skilled workers to Canadian employers.
Over 90,000 foreign skilled workers are hired each year through Citizenship and Immigration Canada Temporary Foreign Worker's program. Selecting and choosing qualified workers for Canadian employers is our profession. Canadian businesses are in search of loyal, dedicated and hard-working individuals who will make a significant economical contribution to employers. We have an extensive network of foreign agencies to supply and recruit qualified applicants.
WHY HIRE A FOREIGN WORKER?
Highly Motivated: foreign skilled workers are dedicated and loyal; consequently, you will increase your retention and decrease employee turnover. When employees come from diverse backgrounds they bring expertise, skills, and new contacts to the workplace. These assets will help you to enrich your business on many levels and can help you grow and expand to meet global demands.Fulfilling Canadian Labour Shortages: Once they receive an employer sponsorship, a foreign skilled worker may be able to remain in Canada as a permanent resident. As Canadian-born workers retire and the number of young workers entering the work force declines, immigrants will play an increasingly significant role in Canada's labour force. Statistics Canada states that within the next 10 years, almost all growth in the labour force will come from immigration.
